You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be:
Unused and undamaged
In original packaging with all accessories
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To keep prices affordable for all customers, a 10% restocking fee may apply. This helps cover part of our shipping and handling costs.
All electronics include a 7-day warranty. If your item develops a fault or defect within this period, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items without approval as they will not be accepted.
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photo or video proof at support@smartxccessories.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

You may request an exchange for a different model, color, or variant within 14 days of receiving your order. Item must be unused and in original condition. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
