Shipping Policy

At Smart Xccessories, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and smoothly across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

• Nationwide Delivery: Orders are delivered within 4–5 business days.

• Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is packed, we’ll share a packaging video with you for peace of mind before dispatch.

• You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp to easily track your parcel.

Receiving Your Parcel

Please follow these steps at the time of delivery:

• Inspect the Packaging: Check the package for any signs of damage or tampering. Do not accept if it looks opened or damaged.

• Refuse & Return: Hand the package back to the courier. We’ll arrange a replacement within a few days.

• Unboxing Video: Record a video while unboxing. This helps us verify your claim against the packaging video.

• Report Issues: Contact our support team immediately if your product is missing, damaged, or tampered with.

Modify Orders

If you need to make changes, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled by calling our helpline at (+92) 300-0895080 before dispatch.

• If paid via debit/credit card, refunds follow the payment gateway/bank policy and may take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation by Smart Xccessories

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable

• Payment issues occur

• Delivery location is restricted

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
