Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Once your order is packed, we’ll share a packaging video with you for peace of mind before dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp to easily track your parcel.
Please follow these steps at the time of delivery:
Inspect the Packaging: Check the package for any signs of damage or tampering. Do not accept if it looks opened or damaged.
Refuse & Return: Hand the package back to the courier. We’ll arrange a replacement within a few days.
Unboxing Video: Record a video while unboxing. This helps us verify your claim against the packaging video.
Report Issues: Contact our support team immediately if your product is missing, damaged, or tampered with.
If you need to make changes, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
Orders can be canceled by calling our helpline at (+92) 300-0895080 before dispatch.
If paid via debit/credit card, refunds follow the payment gateway/bank policy and may take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account.
We may cancel an order if:
The product is unavailable
Payment issues occur
Delivery location is restricted
Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
